I’m Laura, self-taught baker and totally obsessed with creating and introducing new desserts for you to enjoy.

After being a stay at home mom for almost 10 years, this mom of two young boys decided it was time in 2016 to take a chance on herself, use her 2 university degrees and create a dessert company like no other in Montreal... and YUM Creations was born! 

 

While I have a deep passion for baking, one that was instilled in me since I was a little girl, my excitement comes from creating and innovating new delicious dessert items.

Proud to say we introduced that dessert to Canada and trademarked the word knowing it was going to be such a popular item, and it sure did shake up the dessert scene, especially in Montreal!

We work closely with our clients to ensure that every order is meticulously designed and enhances their event. Everything is baked fresh, using the highest quality ingredients (hello Belgian chocolate!) and are as delicious as they look.​
